PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fixing roll with low thermal conductivity, excellent in energy-saving property, capable of miniaturizing a fixing device and reducing the cost and excellent in durability and wear resistance. SOLUTION: Silicone rubber incorporating a hollow filler with <=100μm average particle diameter is used for an inner layer of the thermal fixing roll and a cross-linked fluorine resin thermally shrinkable tube is used for the outermost layer of the roll. |
