PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an communicating-foam based polyurethane foam, extremely lightweight, little in ratio of restoring while having the communicating-foam, excellent in thermal-insulating property and safety, and easy in treating. SOLUTION: The communicating-foam based polyurethane foam is produced by reacting a polyol composition and a polyisocyanate, wherein the density of foam is 2 kg/m<3> or above and 20 kg/m<3> or below. The above polyol composition is composed of (A) a poly(oxyalkylene)polyether polyol having a number- average molecular weight of 2,000-9,000 and (B) the poly(oxyalkylene)polyether polyol having the number-average molecular weight of 250-750.
