PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the production of a finished paper product by quickly drying a paper raw material charged to a conveyor and enable the setting of the transfer distance of the conveyor to a relatively short level. SOLUTION: A wet paper raw material 12 supplied to a conveyor 14 is dried during the transportation with the conveyor. The conveyor 14 is made of a heat-resistant metal net and a heating source (heater 18) is placed at a position to enable the heating of the paper raw material 12 transferred by the conveyor 14 and the transfer face 14a of the conveyor 14.
