PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent three dimensional knitted fabric hardly causing sweatiness, excellent in accuracy in its unevenness, abrasion resistance and also cushioning property, and also not requiring a special treating process. SOLUTION: This uneven-surfaced three dimensional knitted fabric consisting of ground textures 18, 17 and a linking yarn, is provided by forming a third ground texture 19 so as to be knitted for having connecting points N having a gap with the above ground textures along with the knitting direction at the inside of at least one of the ground textures, and forming the ground texture as a swollen state by making the tension of the knitting yarn constituting the above third ground texture larger than that of the ground yarn constituting the corresponding ground texture.
