PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed continuous liquid filling device which is capable of fully automatically and at a high speed performing steps from the supply of a series of perforated, capped, four-side sealed film bags, through the filling of a liquid, to the boxing of the series of bags, and which is simple, saves space, and is highly productive. SOLUTION: The series of perforated, capped film bags is supplied by a continuous supply means. During the filling of one bag with a liquid by a liquid filling means, the subsequent bag is tucked in by a tuck-in means and, at the same time, carried to a decapping position provided adjacent to the liquid filling means. There, the cap attached in advance is detached by a capping means and put in a standby state. After the bag 1 is filled with the liquid product, the cap removed from the subsequent bag is attached to the bag 1.
