PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary torque from becoming great when performing curving operation, to miniaturize a device while avoiding the interference of an operating wire and further to more enlarge a wire stroke. SOLUTION: In the curve operating device for endoscope, with which a pair of operating wire are wound around a pulley 8 provided to be rotationally operated in an endoscope operating part and curving operation is enabled by taking up one end and feeding out the other end of each of operating wires extended from the pulley corresponding to the rotating operation of this pulley, a groove 22 of the pulley is made into groove shared by a pair of operating wire by being spirally formed continuously in the circumferential direction of this pulley, and is formed so that one intermediate part 22f of the groove can be formed parallel to the axial direction of the pulley 8 between one part 22c from one end 22a in the groove and one part 22d from another end 22b, and corresponding to the rotating direction of the pulley, each of operating wires is alternately taken up in the groove of the pulley.
