PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold fixing device having a fixing means engaged with the bone by preventing the scaffold fixing device from rotating and separating from the bone. SOLUTION: This fixing device is provided with a platform substantially disposed parallel to the bone tissue so as to hold the scaffold of the tissue proximal to the bone tissue. A post extends from the platform, the post can be inserted in a hole formed in the bone tissue, ribs extend from a point distal to the platform to another point intermediate between the distal point and the platform along a part of the length of the post, and when the ribs are fitted in the holes of the bone tissue, the device is prevented from rotating relative to the bone tissue.
