PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate detection of game balls even if power off state occurs. SOLUTION: When power is turned off between read and write of a detected value (Yes for Step S1510), backup processing is executed at Step S1515. This processing is to forcedly store a read detected value before the power-off in a memory area 1600, and when the power is recovered, processing is resumed at a detected value write processing at step S1520.
