PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy powder for buildup welding and a buildup welding portion therefor and a method for forming a powder buildup welding portion capable of providing excellent wear and abrasion resistance and thermal fatigue characteristics. SOLUTION: The alloy powder for buildup welding has the following chemical composition: Cr: 18-21 wt.%, Al: 0.3-1.8 wt.%, Ti: 1.5-2.7 wt.%, and the balance: Ni and against Ni precious alloy powder, full hard grain having 3-15 wt.% is mixed.
