PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device utilizing a solar cell capable of performing long-term clocking without a battery for moving a timer even when only a solar cell is used as a power supply. SOLUTION: The drive device utilizing the electric power of the solar cell is provided with a clocking means capable of being driven when the electric power of the solar cell becomes a predetermined value or more to start clocking, a judging means for judging whether the clocking time clocked by the clocking means reaches a predetermined time and an output means outputting a signal when the judging means judges that the clocking time clocked by the clocking time reaches the predetermined time.
