PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior supporter for the hypogastrium constantly providing a strong oppression force to the whole hypogastrium according to the constitution of an individual and capable of preventing detachment of a belt end part. SOLUTION: This supporter for the hypogastrium comprises a winding belt and a fastening belt with a strong extensible performance sewn to the winding belt. The winding belt 1 is provided with mutually engageable female/male engaging means 30 and 31 in the both ends and either female or male engaging means 32 in the end part to be an outer surface in stacking the both end parts together, and hypogastrium part oppression bodies 10 and 11 having flexibility and inextensible performance are formed. The fastening belt 2 is made shorter than the winding belt 1 and is provided with an engaging means 33 corresponding to the engaging means 32 in the end part. This supporter for the hypogastrium is so formed that the central part and the other end part of the fastening belt 2 are sewn to the central part of the winding belt 1 and the hypogastrium part oppression body 11 or its adjacency and the interval between the sewing parts of the winding belt 1 is made slack.
