PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar-like vibration massage apparatus which works to advance by different vibrations and spins. SOLUTION: In the bar-like vibration massage apparatus having a vibratory drive part inside, a screw-like window 2a is mounted at a bar-like circular hollow part 2 through a bore and a screw-like protrusion 3a extending in a branch from the inside of the body is put outside the bar-like circular hollow part 2 through the screw-like window 2a. As a result, vibrations different from the body is generated depending on the length from the end of the screw-like protrusion 3a to the screw-like protrusion 3a itself. The screw-like protrusion 3a located outside the bar-like circular hollow part 2 is made so spiral as to advance with the spinning action of the apparatus body by vibration when it is inserted into a soft material.
