PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an angle of an armrest with an angle adjusting device continuously while reducing the number of the part items. SOLUTION: A guiding plate 3 is secured to a stopper plate 1 united with a mounting shaft 11 fixed on the side of a seat back. A lock plate 2 with a guiding pin 24 guided by the guiding plate 3 is attached to a frame 4 rotating around the mounting shaft 11. An angle made by the center of the rotation of the frame 4 and the center of rotation of the lock plate 2 is set between 60 degrees and 87 degrees.
