PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device which is equipped with an operating handle for each reclining mechanism found at the both sides of a seat and allows adjustments of a seat angle through both operating handles, and to constitute a reclining device for both sides with fewer components. SOLUTION: When an operating part 71 of an operating handle 70 is lifted upward, the force generated by operating the handle is transmitted to a connecting pipe 14 first through a driven arm 80 and driving arm 90 before the force is transmitted to the inside of a reclining mechanism, is input into two reclining mechanisms in parallel through rotations of the connecting pipe 14, and drives both reclining mechanisms.
