PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the accumulating tendency of glycoprotein in the liver by modifying the structure of the sugar chain added to the glycoprotein. SOLUTION: This method comprises increasing the number of galactose residues exposed at the unreduced terminals in the sugar chain added to a glycoprotein by increasing the branching number thereof and, thereby, increasing the accumulating tendency of the glycoprotein in the liver.
