PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for keeping, displaying, and arranging many kinds of hair accessories. SOLUTION: This device is for keeping, displaying and arranging the hair accessories and an upper plate 16 is rotatably provided on a base 10. A hollow member 48 is attached to the center of the upper plate 16 and a plurality of columns 18, 20, and 22 are attached around it. Further, a detachable upper part 26 is provided on the upper end of the hollow member 48 and the upper part 26 is supported alone by the hollow member 48 above the upper plate 16 by arranging (putting on) an opening 50 provided on the upper part 26 to the upper end of the hollow member 48. A section chamber 32 for storage is provided in the base 10 and the upper part 16.
