PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress clogging of a main flow passage (reaction passage) and to improve the reaction rate in a flow type fine reaction passage, a reaction apparatus and a reaction method. SOLUTION: In the flow type fine reaction passage 31 provided with a main flow passage RA having a fine flow passage cross-sectional surface area and an introducing flow passages RB joined to the main flow passage RA and for joining/reacting a 1st reaction fluid FA passing through the main flow passage RA with a 2nd reaction fluid FB passing through the introducing flow passage FB, a discharge port 33a of the tip of an inserted part 33b formed in the main flow passage RA by extending the introducing flow passage RB and a wall surface 32a forming the main flow passage RA are separated from each other.
