PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics contained in a dispenser having a dispensing means with a pumping function, which can securely hold the cosmetics that are sensitive and likely to be deteriorated by being exposed to air, as they much contain a vitamin C derivative, an inorganic powder, a resin fatty acid, a thickener, a fatty acid, and the like, and makes the cosmetics inside unexposed to air to prevent them from becoming hard and dry and from changing the color. SOLUTION: This cosmetic dispenser has a dispensing means with a pumping function, whose opening can be sealed off in order to stop the influx of air to the body inside, for the purpose of holding the air-sensitive cosmetics which much contain a vitamin C derivative, an inorganic powder, a resin fatty acid, a thickener, a fatty acid and other powders, a chemical agent and the like, and allowing them to be taken out.
