PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade body protrusible/retractable cutter knife enabling easy and secure retaining of a blade in a specified position. SOLUTION: An engaging recessed/projecting part is provided in a slide groove part arranged within a cutter knife body. A sliding member 18 for removably supporting the blade body is slidably arranged inside the slide groove part. The sliding member 18 mainly comprises a slide body 19, an operating plate 20, and a first leaf spring 21. An engaging projecting piece 35 and release regulating projecting pieces 38 are provided in extended conditions on the first leaf spring 21. Engaging regulating struts 42 are provided in extended conditions on the operating plate 20. By engaging the engaging regulating struts 42 and the release regulating projecting pieces 38, releasing of engaging of the engaging projecting piece 35 and a recessed part of the engaging recessed/projecting part is regulated. By separating the engaging regulating struts 42 and the release regulating projecting pieces 38, engaging of the engaging projecting piece 35 and the recessed part of the engaging recessed/projecting part is released.
