<p>Disclosed are thiazolidinediones of general formula (I), wherein A represents benzene or thiophene ring; R is pyridyl, thienyl or phenyl, which is optionally mono- or disubstituted by the substituents CF3, F or Cl, and their tautomers, enantiomers, diastereoisomers and physiologically acceptable salts, their production method and pharmaceutical preparation containing thiazolidinediones and their use for production of medicaments for treatment of diabetes.</p> |
