PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the fine adjustment in safety for each intermediate plate against an upper table of a press-brake without falling off of the intermediated plate provided with a mounting plate. SOLUTION: In the intermediate plate mounting device 23 of the press-brake, an intermediate plate 7 for clamping a cope is provided on the lower face of the upper table 3, and the upper table 3 and a side face of the intermediate plate 7 are connected by the mounting plate 21. The lower part of the mounting plate 21 is mounted integrally on the side face of the intermediate plate 7, and on the upper part of the mounting plate 21, an engaging part 39 is protrudingly provided on the face opposite to the butting face to the side face of the upper table 3. A clamp member 33 provided with the hooking part 37 which is hooked to the engaging part 39 and support so as to lift is freely detachable to the upper table 3 by a clamping screw member 31. When the intermediate plate 7 is mounted by the mounting plate 21, the mounting plate 21 does not fall off even if the mounting screw member 31 is loosened, since the engaging part 39 of the mounting plate 21 is engaged with the hooking part 37 of the clamping member 33 together.
