PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet caulking tool capable of simplifying the structure as a whole and making the cost low by simplifying the mechanism for braking the high speed of an oil piston when an abrupt decrease in load against the oil piston occurs. SOLUTION: In the hydraulically actuating tool provided with a hausing 1 having an oil cylinder 7, the oil piston having a piston rod 12 protruding from the front side of the oil cylinder 7 and slidably inserted internally into the oil cylinder 7, and in the inner space inside the oil cylinder 7, an oil feeding means 33 for feeding the oil to the front side cylinder room 8 demarcated by the oil piston 10 through pipelines 27, 28, one ends of the pipelines 27, 28 are connected to the front side cylinder room 8, the other ends are connected to the rear side cylinder room 9, and the oil is filled into the both cylinder rooms 8, 9 and the pipelines 27, 28.
