PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game information collecting device which can collect accurate information from an external output of a game machine, even if a game machine with backup function is included as a subject from which information is to be collected. SOLUTION: There are provided a segregated signal determining means 16 for determining that a received external output signal is a signal segregated by power shutdown (Step S1, S2, S11, S12) and a collecting means 12 not collecting external output information based only on the signal determined as a parted signal (Step S12-S13).
