PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-delivering device not imposing restriction on the relation between the arrangement of a seedling-carrying platform and that of a seedling-conveying device. SOLUTION: This transplanter having the seedling-carrying platform for conveying a seedling tray, a seedling-conveying device for conveying the pot- seedling to a transplanting tine, and the seedling-delivering device for delivering the pot seedling in the seedling tray to the seedling-conveying device is regulated so that the seedling-delivering device may have a seedling-taking arm 19 having plural seedling-taking tines 29 and 29, and a moving structure 101 for reciprocally moving the seedling-taking arm 19 between the seedling-carrying platform and the seedling-conveying device, and guided members 105a and 105b may be installed at the end parts of the seedling-taking arm 19. The guided members 105a and 105b are guided by guides 31 and 31 installed in the sides, and the moving structure 101 drives the reciprocal arms 32a and 32b joined to the seedling-taking arm 19 by a crank movement.
