PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of separating a part disengaged from an anchor member from its periphery and stabilizing the anchor member. SOLUTION: This jointing assembly for the spinal cord is provided with the anchor member 2 having a head 22 and an anchor part 21, at least, one packer 1, 101, 201, or 301 having a penetrating opening 14, 114, 214, or 314 receivable the anchor part 21, and retainer parts 11 and 23 retaining the packer relative to the head.
