PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine and output massaging conditions incorporated into a massage apparatus which enables selling of massage apparatuses by incorporating the massaging conditions suitable for users of the massage apparatuses. SOLUTION: The subject device is provided with an information intake means 4 for taking in information pertaining to physical conditions of a person who desires to use a massage apparatus, a memory means 5 in which are stored a plurality of types and massaging conditions corresponding to the individual types, a relating means 6 which relates the physical conditions of the person desiring for use based on the information pertaining to the physical conditions of the person desiring to use the massage apparatus taken in by the information intake means to one of the plurality of types stored in the memory means, a determining means 7 which determines applicable massaging conditions of a type from the massaging conditions corresponding to the individual types stored in the memory means based on the related type as that of the person desiring for use, and an output means 8 which externally outputs the massaging conditions determined as data for incorporating them into the massage apparatus 10.
