PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating drilling tool which can be used to carry out an operation for removing burrs immediately after finishing a drilling operation. SOLUTION: A cutting tip 14 is mounted on a holder 12 making a cylindrical shape of a hole cutter 11. A groove 12d for exhausting cut chips is provided adjacent to the cutting tip 14. A tip 18 for removing burrs is mounted on the upper portion of the large diametral portion 12a of the holder 12. After forming a hole in a substance in which the hole is drilled with a drilling drill 16 by rotating the hole cutter 11, a large diametral hole is formed with the cutting tip 14. After that hole is formed, the burrs generated on the peripheral edge of the hole is taken off with the tip 18 for removing burrs when the hole cutter 11 is lifted up.
