PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coating device free from sagging of a resin from a tip end of a needle and realizing a stable coating. SOLUTION: The resin coating device has a syringe 1 provided with the needle at a tip end; and a plunger 3 slidably inserted into the syringe 1. In the resin coating device, an UV curable resin 8 filled in the syringe 1 is discharged from the needle 2 by feeding a pressure from a dispenser and pressing it by the plunger 3. The plunger 3 is provided with a body part 13 inserted thereto with a predetermined clearance C between an inner wall of the syringe 1 and it; and a resin close contact part 13 provided on a lower surface of the body part 13 and immersed in the UV curable resin 8 so as to make a resistance between the UV curable resin 8 and it larger.
