PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and detach a device for catching a latch lever of a simple structure to the back side of a front plate installed on the front of a front face plate for a drawer. SOLUTION: An upper flange 6, which extends backward and has a pendent piece 6a at the back end, is placed on an upper end of a front face plate 3. A device 8 for catching a latch lever supports a lever shaft 7b, jutting out from the both sides of a latch lever 7, in a manner that the lever shaft 7b can swing, and at least one device 8 for catching the latch lever is formed into a T shape by a base part 8a facing to the right and left and a shaft bearing 8b pendent from the base part 8a. The base part 8a located on the device 8 for catching the latch lever is freely detachably fitted between the front face plate 3 and the pendent piece 6a on the under side of the upper flange 6 in a manner that a lower end of the shaft bearing 8b found on the device 8 for catching the latch lever makes contact with the upper side of an upper wall 4a at the side of a cut 5.
