PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for manufacturing stick-type cosmetics, excellent in the fitting with a cylindrical sleeve, capable of always giving a moderate holding power, whereby the tip of an obtained product can become smooth. SOLUTION: This cap 1, to be put on the top of a cylindrical sleeve of a stick-type cosmetic container, is provided with a plurality of holding parts 2a on the inside upper circumference in addition to the lower side wall, where the cap and the cylindrical sleeve are in contact, bringing a clearance from the sleeve inside of the cap wall, and forms an air outlet 4 on the upper wall.
