PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denitration catalyst or dioxin decomposing catalyst having high catalytic activity even when SO2 and NH3 are present in low temperature exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The denitration catalyst contains TiO2 , BPO4 and WO3 . The dioxin decomposing catalyst contains TiO2 , BPO4 and WO3 .
