PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce water damage when a sprinkler head is damaged due to earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: In the sprinkler fire extinguishing facilities provided with a pump starting panel 15 which starts a pump 13 when the sprinkler head 2 is connected to a secondary-side piping 1 and pressure reduction within a piping is detected, when a pressure switch 19 detects pressure reduction within the piping 12, the pump is started only when a fire sensor 5 detects a fire.
