PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color displaying device used by changing colors and a desk with a built-in, color displaying device. SOLUTION: A main part P of a color displaying device used by changing colors is made up of the following parts: A base 1 has an attaching element 1a made of a transparent board. Roller element 2, which are supported at the both sides of the base 1 while facing each other, consists of winding rollers 2A, 2B with operating elements 3 and rollers 2C, 2D for play. An optional film 4 is designed in different colors for certain intervals. A transparent board 5 is attached to the attaching element 1a made of a transparent board. The colors of the film 4 can be designed optionally such as rainbow colors, landscapes, or illustrations. A main part T of a desk is integrated by building the main part P into a top plate 7 of the desk.
