PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer with improved measurement accuracy in measurement in a wrist. SOLUTION: In this electronic sphygmomanometer, a cuff 1A has a high pressure structure increasing pressure force to the ulna part side of the wrist compared to pressure force to the radius part side. The high pressure structure is provided with a small pressure object 10 of a width W2 narrower than a width W1 of the cuff 1A on the side facing the ulna part. The small pressure object 10 projects from a surface of the cuff 1A. When wearing the cuff 1A on the wrist, the small pressure object 10 presses the ulna part with a pressure higher than an internal pressure of the cuff 1A.
