PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation stop time by eliminating the charging and discharging of water in a water tank for the inspection or repairing of an air diffuser. SOLUTION: A hanging device 16 is provided to a tank main body 1 and the air diffuser 5 is fixed on a stand 13. The stand 13 (air diffuser 5) is hung from the hanging device 16. At the time of repairing or inspection of the air diffuser 5, the stand 13 (air diffuser 5) is hung up above the surface of the water by the hanging device 16. The repairing or inspection of the air diffuser 5 can be performed without draining water from the water tank.
