PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball supply device which can supply pachinko balls stably regardless of position or shape of a prize ball tank mounted on the back of a pachinko game machine. SOLUTION: A prize ball supply device 2 is provided with a body part 52 to be mounted on a pachinko island table through a mounting member 50, an operating arm 54 rotatably mounted on the body part 52, held at a shown base position by an energizing force, and so constituted that when a pachinko game machine is closed to the pachinko island table, the operating arm is brought into contact with an outer wall of a prize ball tank and rotated from the base position to a predetermined operating position, a supply cylinder 56 through which pachinko balls can pass when the operating arm is at the operating position and through which the pachinko balls can not pass when the arm is at the position other than the operating position, and an operating arm extending member 58a for extending the operating arm 54. The operating arm extending member 58a is formed by bending a sheet of metal plate and can be removably attached to the operating arm 54 due to metal flexibility.
