PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy required sprinkling performance by extending a jetting distance even though a fitting height is low. SOLUTION: Concerning a foaming head 1 which diffusing foaming fire extinguishing fluid jetted from a nozzle 3 provided at a main body 1 by a deflector 4 and foaming it by a foaming net 5 to spray it to outside, the upper ends 10a of radiation holes 10 opened at the peripheral-side conical surface of the conical deflector are arranged at the same horizontal position as a nozzle opening surface 8 at the tip of a main body 2 or at a high position and the lower end face 6a of a guard part on the side of the main body regulating the radiation of foam upward is positioned on an outer peripheral side compared with the net 5 at the same horizontal position as the nozzle opening surface.
