PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for electrolyzed water having stable quality. SOLUTION: This feeder 1a has a structure in which a nozzle 15 that delivers and jets electrolyzed water and a container 61 that holds the water to be electrolyzed are attached to the body 2a of the apparatus. In the inside of the body 2a, liquid passages 16 and 17 which runs from the container 61 to the feed port 153 are formed. The passages is provided with a pump 12 that pumps the water to be electrolyzed and the electrolyzed water, a pressure detecting means 7a that detects the internal pressure in the passage 17a, a sensor 8 that senses the temperature of the water to be electrolyzed in the passage 17a, an electrolysis part 11 that electrolyzes the water to be electrolyzed into the electrolyzed water, a switch 34a that performs the start and stop of delivery of the electrolyzed water, and a port 51 to which the nozzle 15 is connected.
