PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent workpieces overswell out of, and furthermore, fly out of a container by hopping, when small products which are cut off short in length, for example, from among cut workpieces are housed. SOLUTION: In a workpiece conveyor device of the cutting machine where workpiece W cut by a cutting machine 1 are carried by a conveyor vice 17 to a carrying out position A, and are discharged from the conveyor vice 17 to a container 59 of the container pallet 55 which is positioned at the carrying out position A, horizontally elongated slits 91 are formed at an upper part of front and rear inside wall of the container 59 and suitable numbers of overflow detection sensors 93 are set up horizontally in front and rear of the discharge positions associated with the slits 91.
