PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated brazing filler metal stock capable of preventing segregation of titanium element in brazing stock and capable of having less variations of brazing strength. SOLUTION: The activated brazing filler metal stock having silver, copper and titanium contents is a clad brazing stock laminated by at least one copper content layer and at least one titanium content layer. A copper content layer is composed of silver, copper, and indium alloy, for example and a titanium content layer is composed of silver, titanium, and indium alloy. This kind of composition prevents an intermetallic compound of copper and titanium from being built or being segregated inside the brazing stock so that deterioration of brazing strength is prevented and also, variations of brazing strength become smaller.
