PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can improve noise immunity. SOLUTION: In a main control board 64 made of a multilayer printed wiring board, a signal layer 69 is formed on the back of the main control board 64, and a grounding layer 70 and a power supply layer 71 are formed inside. In this constitution, a GND(ground) cover 72 having a transparent metal film 74 covers the back of the signal layer 69. Thus, as external noise due to charge of pachinko balls or illicit radio wave is difficult to invade, noise immunity of the main control board 64 is improved.
