PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head supporter which won't take up a space because of its compact size, is convenient because of its replaceable feature, and enables parents to concentrate on driving, to attach a headrest which is made for infants, can slide vertically, and protects the neck by replacing an original headrest of a vehicle, and to solve problems that parents can do nothing during driving when a child falls asleep with his/her head down in a backseat and that a junior seat with a backrest and a headrest made as a child car seat for babies becomes unnecessary as a baby grows up, takes up a large space, and causes a trouble at disposal because of the large size. SOLUTION: An iron pipe (1) which can slide vertically is fit in a hole for a pipe from which an original headrest (3) is removed, and the iron pipe (1) is mounted to a seat (4) of a vehicle as is. A head supporter (2) of high cushioning performance protects the neck.
