PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular implant inserting appliance capable of suppressing fracture of a support part of the intraocular implant by a simple constitution without spending a time and a labor. SOLUTION: This intraocular implant for inserting the intraocular implant in the eye is provided with an outer cylinder having an insertion part inserted into an incision provided in the eyeball, a sending means stored in the outer cylinder so as to freely advance/retreat and sending the intraocular implant in the eye through the insertion part, and a support part pullout means detachably attached to the insertion part of the outer cylinder, extending inside the outer cylinder toward the sending means, and having a pullout part for hanging the support part of the intraocular implant in its tip.
