PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a new index for taking care of a lip from a long-term viewpoint, and to provide a care means for the lip based on the index. SOLUTION: This decision method for an aging degree of the lip decides the aging degree of the lip on the basis of an index of an epidermis-cutis boundary structure in the lip. Thereby, the care means according to the aging degree of the lip is executed to allow action for maintaining the youthful lip.
