PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater disposal apparatus capable of proliferate microorganisms at the starting of the operation to put the microorganisms in a proper amount by a simple control process using a conventional means. SOLUTION: The wastewater disposal apparatus is equipped with a treatment tank for decomposing organic components contained in inflow wastewater by microorganisms and also equipped with a control means for proliferate the microorganisms in the treatment tank without changing the condition (aeration, return sludge or the like) of the wastewater disposal corresponding to the elapse of time from the starting of the operation to put microorganisms in a proper amount.
