PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urn whose final disposal can be performed by burning or corrosion and which can ensure heat resistance durable to a temperature when bones at high temperature are picked up while the remains are gathered. SOLUTION: The urn is characterized by constituting it of a wooden container constituted by adhesion or of a wood assembling structure and a wooden lid and sticking a sandy granular stone material in a layer on the inner wall and the inner bottom face o the wooden container with a heat-resistant adhesive.
