PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep wiping clothes cleaner while carrying out cleaning and washing work of the wiping clothes efficiently. SOLUTION: The fully automated wiping cloth cleaning/washing apparatus which has a rotary tank 17 with an upper lid 10 that is opened to throw the wiping clothes thereinto, a washing fan 16, a motor 15 for driving the washing fan 16, a water supply port 11, a drain port 13 and a small cylindrical outer tank 12 is provided with a console 30 for users to set cleaning and washing conditions and a microcomputer for controlling the water supply valve 33, a drain valve 34, the motor 15 and a water level meter 35 in the outer tank 12 through an interface 32.
