PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body cooling device, in particular a cooling pillow, and a bed provided with the cooling pillow capable of retaining the cooling performance and arbitrarily setting the cooling temperature. SOLUTION: This cooling pillow is provided with a pillow body 3 having a surface (application surface) to be applied to the head of the human body, a heat pipe 5 disposed along a part different from the application surface of the pillow body 3, and a cooling device 7 disposed partially in contact with the heat pipe 5. The heat generated in the circumference of the human body and the pillow body 3 is transferred to the cooling device 7 via the heat pipe 5 having high heat transfer property so that, even if the cooling device 7 is small, this device can uniformly cool the whole of the pillow body 3 and permanently hold the pillow body 3 at the set cooling temperature. If the cooling device 7 has a cooling temperature changeable function, the cooling temperature can be set at a temperature desired by a user.
