<p>Process for the production of service box and its parts, in which first the taps, prepared the feeding cables and the semifinished products of boards with printed circuits are made, whilst on the boards with the printed circuits there are particular components soldered, then the boards with the printed circuits are submitted to the operation of the final modification, during which they are painted, then the completisation of the case of operation follows. The operation of soldering of boards with the printed circuits is realized by the alloys consisting of in wt. % 95 % Sn, 5 % Sb or 52 % Sn, 45 % Pb, 3 % Sb, the smelting temperature of which is more than 183 °C. During the operation of the final modification of the boards with the printed circuits there are applied the varnishes made of double-component photosensitive liquid dried by vaporisation and/ or water-repellent liquids and the protection against corrosion.</p> |
