<p>Cheese is salted all round and on its end while revolving on two spaced rollers, one of which moves away after the salting. The machine has a micro-contact which starts the rotation of the rollers and the salter roll when another cheese passes it. Pref. the drive includes a gear driving a clutch which makes only one revolution and alays stops at the same point, and starts up again when another cheese passes the micro-contact.</p> |
